ADDendum
Editor:
Paul Jaffe
PO Box 296
Scarborough, NY 10510
A quarterly newsletter for adults with ADD.

*The ADHD Report
Guilford Publications
72 Spring Street
New York, NY 10012
1-800-365-7006
$79/yr; $10 back issues

Expensive, but Dr. Barkley is one of the nation’s best in the field, so this is a good way of staying abreast of the newest research findings. I highly recommend this newsletter.

On CompuServe, there is an excellent ADD forum at GO ADD. There are sections for teens as well as adults, and conferences for both age groups.

BOOKS

Keeping up with book titles is a real challenge. These are some classics in the field. Look for newer titles by the same authors.

ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life, Judith Kolberg & Kathleen Nadeau, Ph.D.
Brunner-Routledge

Healing ADD, Daniel Amen, MD
Berkley Books
$14.95
One of several titles by Amen, who uses SPECT scans to study how brain chemistry effects ADD, anger, anxiety and depression. An excellent place to begin. His book on Healing Anxiety and Depression is an excellent companion to this.
